Vastint Holding B.V. is looking for a Technical Project Manager ICT for our head office in Amsterdam.

What will you do:
- As a project manager, you are responsible for (strategic) IT projects in the field of infrastructure, security, hosting and networks primarily;
- You manage on time, budget and results, check progress, solve problems and process changes;
- You report on status, planning, finances, scope and quality, and manage risks;
- You lay the technological foundation for IT services for our many divisions across Europe;
- You take care of communication and change management and work closely together with the CIO and the European functional IT leaders and coordinate crucial project steps to provide the best possible service.
In our projects you always must deal with different roles. Vastint has outsourced most of its operational IT. Local IT Managers combined with the customer and supplier contacts create a team with which you work closely together, in all kind of different projects with a strong focus at IT Infrastructure. You have a guiding and coordinating role in which you use your communication skills to get everyone on the same page to deliver the agreed requirements and project goals. In this role you will be working on multiple projects at the same time.
The aim is to organize IT infrastructure and main applications more at a corporate level so that a robust, reliable and future-proof IT environment is created that benefits all the different European divisions. Therefore, stakeholder management is key. This means that you constantly need to manage the dependencies between the different parties and balance between the different priorities. Alignment between the various business departments involved and IT are a critical component in your success.

You are technically accomplished, with organization skills and eager to develop yourself. We are looking for a team player with a keen sense of communication and persuasiveness. In addition to your drive to develop yourself, you have the following qualifications:
- A finished Bachelor or master’s degree in Informatics, (Technical) Business Administration or similar;
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an IT (Project) Management Role;
- Comprehensive understanding of IT Infrastructure;
- Fluent in English;
- You are part of an international organization, therefore we find it important that you have a flexible attitude and are willing to travel and work internationally.
